Why coaching with me?

As well as being a fully trained and accredited coach, I also have real life experience. My life has been a testament to navigating change and a journey of constant transitions. From arriving in the UK at 18 and learning a new way of life, to navigating marriage, raising a family as a single mother, and overcoming challenges like homelessness at 20 and divorce at 33, I've experienced it all.

Through these experiences, I've also walked various career paths, from working with families in the community to my corporate career as an operations manager, ultimately finding my true passion: helping individuals embrace change and reach their full potential.
