IS LIFE COACHING SAME AS THERAPY? 

The answer is, it is not.

During our coaching session, we will focus on the future, goal-setting, and personal development. As your life coach, I will help you identify what really matters to you and achieve your goals. You will overcome challenges, limiting beliefs and build self-confidence.

 

Our working relationship will be collaborative and action-oriented. After the session, you will be empowered to discover your own solutions and take action towards your goals.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND TRANSITION LIFE COACHING? 

Life Coaching:

  • Focus: Broader and more general. Helps individuals identify and achieve personal goals in any area of their lives, such as career, relationships, health, and personal fulfillment.

  • Approach: Holistic and future-oriented. Coaches help clients explore their values, strengths, and desires to create a roadmap for achieving their long-term aspirations.

  • Examples: Setting career goals, improving communication skills, building self-confidence, overcoming limiting beliefs.

 

Transition Life Coaching:

  • Focus: Specific and focused on navigating significant life changes. This could include career changes, relocations, relationship milestones, unexpected events like illness or loss, or personal growth journeys.

  • Approach: Solution-oriented and action-oriented. Coaches provide support and guidance to help clients navigate the emotional, practical, and logistical challenges of transitions.

  • Examples: Managing career transitions, coping with divorce or breakups, adapting to retirement, overcoming grief, developing resilience after a traumatic event.

 

Ultimately, the best choice for you depends on your specific needs and goals. If you're looking for general support and guidance to achieve long-term aspirations, Life Coaching might be a good fit. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A LIFE COACHING SESSION WITH ME?

Before the session:

  • Initial consultation: I will have an initial conversation with you to discuss your goals, expectations, and coaching style preferences. This helps ensure that we are a good fit and sets the stage for the session.

WHY COACHING WITH ME?

My life has been a testament to navigating change and a journey of constant transitions. From arriving in the UK at 18, learning a new language to navigating marriage, raising a family, and overcoming challenges like homelessness at 20 and divorce at 33, I've experienced it all. Through these experiences, I've also explored various career paths, ultimately finding my true passion: helping individuals embrace change and reach their full potential.

What can you expect?
In our coaching sessions, you will be offered a safe space for you to explore your inner world with open honesty. I believe in non-judgmental collaboration, working with you to understand your unique journey. We'll explore and unlearn limiting beliefs and grow positive mindsets, paving the way for self-discovery and growth.

My approach:
My coaching style is non-directive. I won't tell you what to do but I will guide you towards finding answers that resonate with your own values and goals. I use thought-provoking questions to unlock your inner wisdom and empower you to find the solutions within yourself. Additionally, I offer mentorship and support to help you implement your newfound insights and achieve your desired outcomes. 

My experience enable me to work with young people as well as mature adults.
